2.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service with reasonable notice. Any price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

3. Platform Content and License

3.1. Code Challenges: All code challenges, examples, and related content are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or reliability of the content.

3.2. Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal learning purposes only.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1. User Solutions: By submitting solutions to our code challenges, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your solutions for Platform purposes.

5. Technical Requirements

5.1. Browser Compatibility: The Platform is optimized for modern web browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

5.2. Performance: While we strive to maintain optimal performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or code execution environment.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6.2. Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse Platform resources. Users will be notified of termination via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
